REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This refund policy applies to Paye Alaçatı Boutique Hotel reservations. Reservation cancellation and refund procedures are subject to the following conditions.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, you have the right to withdraw from the accommodation service.

Withdrawal period: Full refund is made for cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date of the accommodation service.

3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

More than 14 days:

• Full refund (excluding transaction fee)
• Refund process is completed within 14 business days

7-14 days:

• 50% refund
• Refund process is completed within 14 business days

Less than 7 days:

• No refund
• Reservation fee is charged

4. NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CANCELLABLE RESERVATIONS

IMPORTANT: Discounted or special promotional reservations may be marked as "Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable". For such reservations:

• This condition is clearly stated and accepted during reservation
• Cancellation or changes are not allowed, no refund will be made
• Full payment is collected at the time of reservation
• No refund will be made even if cancelled for any reason
• These terms are considered accepted upon reservation confirmation

Non-refundable reservations are typically valid for early booking campaigns, special offers, or last-minute deals. These reservations are more affordable but offer no flexibility.

5. REFUND PROCESS

After your cancellation request is approved, the refund process is initiated according to your payment method. Payments made by credit card are refunded to your card. Processing time may vary between 5-14 business days depending on your bank.

7. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Special conditions may apply for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics or other force majeure. Please contact us for these situations.
