DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT

1. PARTIES

This distance selling contract is concluded between the seller whose information is provided below and the buyer who makes purchases through the website.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the delivery of accommodation services purchased by the buyer from the seller and the fulfillment of the buyer's payment obligation in return.

3. PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION

The seller provides the buyer with the following information in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulation:

• Basic features, price and payment method of the accommodation service
• Delivery conditions and duration
• Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
• Warranty and service conditions

4. PAYMENT

Payment can be made online with credit card or debit card. Payment transactions are carried out securely with SSL certificate.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502. The right of withdrawal must be used at least 14 days before the start date of the accommodation service.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller will refund the paid amount within 14 days.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish Republic laws apply to the resolution of disputes arising from this contract. Izmir courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
